Michael Kirchhoff
Founder | Sr. VoIP and Unified Communications Engineer | Cloud and Network Engineering
Michael brings nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications, cloud networking, and IT infrastructure, serving as a trusted technology partner to small, mid-sized, and multi-site organizations nationwide. A graduate of University of Northern Iowa, he leads the engineering, design, and deployment of secure, scalable VoIP, unified communications, and network solutions built for reliability, performance, and long-term growth.
He brings deep practical expertise with Zultys, Intermedia, Yealink, and Fanvil, along with extensive experience in SIP trunking, cloud PBX migrations, structured cabling, fiber installations, business-class Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and advanced troubleshooting across diverse SMB environments.
As Senior Engineer at DataTel 360, Michael has led thousands of service engagements and numerous infrastructure projects, helping clients modernize legacy voice and data systems while maintaining uptime, security, and operational continuity. Known for precision, real-world field experience, and a strong customer-first mindset, he works closely with clients as a long-term advisor—focused on practical, cost-effective technology solutions that support both daily operations and future growth.
Michael enjoys travel and is available to support projects onsite when required.
Marsie Johnson
Director of Operations | Dispatch Lead
Marsie is often the first voice clients hear at DataTel 360. She brings strong expertise in telecom services, VoIP platforms, cloud phone systems, and carrier solutions, ensuring customers receive accurate guidance from the very first call. Marsie manages service requests through our advanced ticketing system, coordinates directly with technicians, and supports daily operational workflow. She handles both new and existing sales, oversees service for many long-term DataTel 360 clients, and promotes more than 60 circuit carriers offering fiber, coax internet, SIP trunking, and hosted phone services. Her deep understanding of legacy and modern communications makes her a trusted resource for customers navigating voice and data technologies. Known for her positive attitude, responsiveness, and efficiency, she is a key asset to the DataTel 360 team. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, caring for her pets, and spending time with her daughters, grandchildren, and husband.
Todd Osgood
Senior Systems Design Engineer
Todd is a Senior Systems Design Engineer at DataTel 360, where he leads the design and execution of complex structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure projects. His experience spans large-scale environments including military installations, healthcare facilities, educational campuses, data centers, and warehouse and distribution facilities—where reliability, compliance, and precision are critical.
Todd specializes in end-to-end infrastructure solutions encompassing structured cabling, fiber (ISP/OSP), CCTV, CATV, voice, data, and AV systems. His background includes system design, estimation, installation oversight, and project management, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and without disruption to operations.
At DataTel 360, Todd plays a central role in complex cabling architecture, multi-site deployments, and nationwide rollouts. He is known for building dependable, stress-free support systems that combine engineering discipline with hands-on field experience.
Based in Grovetown, Georgia, Todd is a proud supporter of prior military professionals and brings more than a decade of leadership experience in developing and managing high-performing technical teams.
Richard (Matt) Hawk

With a strong background in field operations and technology consulting across healthcare and enterprise environments, he combines hands-on technical skill with strategic problem-solving. Matt excels in managing complex projects, optimizing network performance, and delivering reliable structured cabling, VoIP, and troubleshooting services for clients nationwide. His background includes developing and maintaining mission-critical business solutions and implementing scalable IT systems that improve operational efficiency. Known for his leadership, communication, and customer-focused approach, Matt consistently ensures quality, safety, and precision on every job. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Physics from Excelsior College and is committed to helping DataTel 360 deliver exceptional service and innovative technology solutions.
