Michael founded DataTel 360 in 1998 and brings more than 27 years of telecommunications and technology experience. His expertise includes business phone systems, cloud VoIP, unified communications, structured cabling, fiber optic infrastructure, hospitality communications systems, enterprise network design, and multi-site technology deployments.
Marsie Johnson
Marsie leads operations and client services at DataTel 360, often the first point of contact for new and existing customers. She coordinates service requests, schedules field technicians, supports business phone system and VoIP clients, and helps keep every telecommunications and cabling project moving smoothly from first call to completion.
Matt Hawk
Matt specializes in structured cabling, fiber optic installations, network infrastructure deployments, MDF and IDF buildouts, wireless network implementations, office relocations, technology surveys, and enterprise field services throughout Atlanta and the Southeast.
Todd Osgood
Todd designs enterprise network and low-voltage infrastructure, including structured cabling systems, ISP/OSP fiber optic networks, IP camera systems, and AV infrastructure. He leads planning, estimation, and installation oversight for complex multi-site technology deployments across commercial, healthcare, education, and data-center environments.
