Michael has nearly 30 years of experience in telecommunications, cloud networking, and IT infrastructure. A University of Northern Iowa graduate, he heads up engineering, design, and deployment of secure, scalable VoIP, UC, and network systems for enterprise and multi-site clients across the U.S. He’s well-versed in Zultys, Intermedia, Polycom, Yealink, and Fanvil, with deep know-how in SIP trunking, cloud PBX migrations, structured cabling, fiber installation, routing, switching, and advanced troubleshooting. As Founder and Senior Engineer at DataTel 360, Michael has handled thousands of service calls and led numerous large-scale infrastructure projects, upgrading legacy voice and data systems while ensuring reliable, high-performance connectivity. Known for his precision, hands-on experience, and strong customer focus, he supports clients across North, Central, and South America.

With solid expertise in telecom services, VoIP platforms, cloud phone systems, and carrier solutions, she makes sure customers get accurate guidance from the very first call. She manages service requests through the company’s ticketing system, works directly with technicians, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. Marsie handles both new and repeat sales, takes care of many long-term clients, and represents over 60 circuit carriers offering fiber, coax internet, SIP trunking, and hosted phone services. Her knowledge of both legacy and modern communications makes her a go-to resource for anyone navigating voice and data technologies. Known for her upbeat attitude, quick responses, and efficiency, she’s a valued member of the DataTel 360 team. Outside of work, she loves cooking, baking, caring for her pets, and spending time with her daughters, grandchildren, and husband.

He’s worked in large-scale settings like military bases, hospitals, schools, data centers, and warehouses—places where reliability and precision really matter. Todd’s expertise covers complete infrastructure solutions, including structured cabling, fiber (ISP/OSP), CCTV, CATV, voice, data, and AV systems. With a background in design, estimating, installation oversight, and project management, he ensures every job is done efficiently, on time, and with minimal disruption. At DataTel 360, he’s a key player in major cabling projects, multi-site builds, and nationwide rollouts, known for creating dependable, hassle-free systems that blend solid engineering with hands-on know-how. Based in Grovetown, Georgia, he’s also a proud supporter of military veterans and brings over a decade of leadership experience building and guiding top-notch technical teams.
