Founder & CEO
Michael Kirchhoff is the Founder and CEO of DataTel 360, bringing over 25 years of experience in telecom, structured cabling, fiber optic infrastructure, and business VoIP systems. He specializes in designing and deploying enterprise-grade network infrastructure, cloud communications platforms, and nationwide onsite IT support solutions for businesses of all sizes.
Michael leads projects involving Cat6 and Cat6A structured cabling, fiber optic installation, MDF/IDF buildouts, wireless network design, and VoIP phone system deployments, ensuring every solution is scalable, compliant, and built for long-term performance. His approach focuses on design-first engineering, proper cable management, testing and certification, and complete project documentation.
He has worked with commercial offices, healthcare facilities, retail environments, warehouses, and multi-location enterprises, delivering reliable network cabling and telecom infrastructure solutions across Atlanta and throughout the United States.
Known for his hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex infrastructure challenges, Michael remains actively involved in engineering, project oversight, and client strategy.
Outside of work, he enjoys travel, technology, and building new business ventures in telecom, AI, and online platforms.
Marsie Johnson
Operations & Client Services
Marsie is often the first voice clients hear at DataTel 360, providing expert guidance in telecom services, VoIP phone systems, cloud communications, and carrier solutions. She supports businesses with structured cabling projects, fiber optic services, SIP trunking, and hosted VoIP platforms, ensuring every client receives accurate direction from the first interaction.
She manages service requests through our ticketing system, coordinates directly with field technicians nationwide, and oversees daily operations and workflow. Marsie supports both new and existing clients, helping businesses select the right business internet, fiber, coax, and voice solutions from over 60 leading carriers.
With strong knowledge of both legacy phone systems and modern cloud-based communications, she is a trusted resource for companies upgrading their network infrastructure. Known for her responsiveness, organization, and positive attitude, Marsie plays a critical role in delivering reliable telecom and IT support across Atlanta and nationwide.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, caring for her pets, and spending time with her daughters, grandchildren, and husband.
Matt Hawk
Field Technician & Deployment Specialist
Matt is a Senior Field Engineer at DataTel 360 with extensive experience in telecom, structured cabling, fiber optic infrastructure, and IT network services. He specializes in delivering enterprise-grade installations, VoIP system deployments, and onsite technical support for businesses across Atlanta and nationwide.
With a strong background in healthcare, commercial, and enterprise environments, Matt combines hands-on expertise with advanced troubleshooting to optimize network performance, reliability, and scalability. His work includes Cat6/Cat6A structured cabling, fiber optic termination, rack and stack installations, WiFi infrastructure, and network diagnostics.
Matt plays a key role in executing complex projects, ensuring all installations meet TIA-568 standards, labeling requirements, and testing protocols. His experience with mission-critical systems and scalable IT infrastructure helps clients maintain efficient and reliable operations.
Known for his leadership, communication, and customer-focused approach, Matt consistently delivers high-quality results with precision and professionalism. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Physics and is committed to supporting DataTel 360’s reputation for reliable telecom and network infrastructure solutions.
Todd Osgood
Senior Systems Design Engineer
Todd Osgood is a Senior Systems Design Engineer at DataTel 360, specializing in enterprise network infrastructure, structured cabling design, and fiber optic systems. He leads the planning and execution of complex low-voltage and telecom infrastructure projects, delivering scalable, standards-compliant solutions for high-demand environments.
His experience includes large-scale deployments across military installations, healthcare facilities, educational campuses, data centers, warehouses, and distribution centers, where reliability, compliance, and precision are critical. Todd designs and oversees systems including Cat6/Cat6A structured cabling, fiber optic (ISP/OSP), CCTV, CATV, voice, data, and AV infrastructure.
Todd manages projects end-to-end, including system design, estimation, installation oversight, and project management, ensuring efficient delivery with minimal operational disruption. He plays a key role in multi-site deployments, complex cabling architecture, and nationwide rollouts, supporting enterprise clients with consistent, high-quality infrastructure standards.
Known for combining engineering discipline with real-world field expertise, Todd builds reliable, high-performance network systems that support long-term business operations. Based in Georgia, he brings over a decade of leadership experience developing and managing high-performing technical teams.
